Following her interest for preventive medicine, Dr. Chithra.S. completed her residency as a resident in the department of cardiology at Bombay Hospital in 2008. She graduated from Govt College Mysore in 2006. Her passion has always been reducing the burden of disease on the community, so in 2010, she began a chain of family clinics in Bangalore called Shree Polyclinic Lab. She has since served over 5 lakh satisfied customers and has been honored with the prestigious WOMEN ACHIEVER award and SEVA RATNA award.
Her effort throughout the Covid era has been exceptional, and the honourable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi sent her a letter of appreciation for her active engagement in the Covid national immunisation drive. Her network of clinics has helped Bangalore become healthier today and has significantly changed people’s lifestyles.
